YEREVAN. - Baku’s proposal to change the Minsk Group format suggests that Azerbaijan wants to involve Turkey in the Karabakh conflict normalization process, the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) spokesman Eduard Sharmazanov told Armenian News – NEWS.am following the RPA Executive Body session on Thursday. 

“The negotiation process is not a programme of requests; Azerbaijan cannot present proposals whenever it wishes. It is not the first time Azerbaijan has taken such measures. It’s crystal clear that it is trying to push Turkey into the negotiation processes, which, however, is impossible. Turkey hasn’t and can’t have anything to do with Karabakh conflict settlement,” Eduard Sharmazanov said.
