Forty representatives of Christian Churches have assembled at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin to attend five-day meeting of the Executive Committee of the World Council of Churches (WCC).
On Wednesday morning, the foreign guests will visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial in capital city Yerevan, where a joint prayer will be offered for the holy martyrs of this genocide.
In addition, the WCC Central Committee’s Armenian Genocide Centennial statement will be made public at the memorial.
