STEPANAKERT. - The government of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh (NKR) will undergo staff and structural changes, Karabakh PM Ara Harutyunian said at a press-conference on Thursday.
According to Artsakhpress, the head of the executive authority refrained from elaborating on the details of the expected changes, promising that the corresponding official information will be published in a few days.
