YEREVAN. – The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations of Armenia received information on Saturday at 6:54am.

Accordingly, an accident had occurred on the Sisian-Goris motorway, there was an affected person, and rescuers were needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that a vehicle had gone off road on the aforesaid motorway, and slid about 20 meters into the adjacent canyon.

As a result, driver Artur Ch., 56, had sustained various injuries, and he was taken to the Sisian city medical center where, however, he lost his life.
