The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will not remain frozen, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov said in the course of the informal meeting with his counterparts from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan held in Bodrum (Turkey).
“We have expected that Armenia will indicate its readiness to work on an agreement after the statement voiced by U.S., French and Russian Presidents. However, it did not happen,” he said, adding that the Azerbaijani side believes the conflict is not frozen.
There are losses from the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides and both should step up efforts to establish peace in the region, Mammadyarov noted, Novosti Azerbaijan reported.
