The protestors propose to meet with the president only in the presence of media, which will be able to broadcast the meeting live.
The coordinating group of the protest is now discussing the conditions, by which they will agree to free the avenue and return to Liberty Square.
Mr Pohghosyan also said that the Police Chief has promised to punish the plainclothes men who displayed illegal conduct in the process of dispersing the sit-in on Monday morning.
As a sign of mutual agreement, the police moved its chain back a bit easier for the first time.
