YEREVAN. - “Rise Up, Armenia” movement is starting the first stage of its struggle. The main streets of the capital and other cities will be blocked on July 27 – 31, the movement members announced today in Yerevan’s Liberty Square.

But the rally was merely attended by about 80-100 people. “We are continuing our struggle. We will distribute our leaflets from door to door. We’ll achieve success,” Heritage party spokesman Davit Sanasaryan said.

The top priority issue of the movement, according to him, is the struggle against electricity price hike. After this, the party is going to launch a struggle against constitutional reforms.
