The European Union (EU)-Armenia Subcommittee on Justice, Freedom and Security convened a meeting Friday in Brussels, the capital city of Belgium.
Armenia’s interdepartmental delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Justice Vigen Kocharyan.
Bilateral cooperation in numerous domains became the subject of extensive discussion at the talk.
Kocharyan, at the request of the European side, also presented the current constitutional reform process in Armenia. Furthermore, he responded to the European partners’ queries regarding the most recent social and political developments in the country.
Vigen Kocharyan also expressed satisfaction with the ongoing bilateral cooperation. In addition, he stressed the importance of joint projects and technical assistance by European organizations, and presented the prospects for future joint activities.
