YEREVAN. - Members of the “Out of our pocket” initiative struggling against speed cameras aren’t satisfied with the response of the Road Police, according to which only one of the initiative’s demands will be addressed.
“The issues which, according to them will be solved, relate to removing the speed cameras or switching to а score system,” initiative member Armen Yepremyan said.
According to him, the Road Police told them they have no enough financial means for solving the rest of the initiative’s demands.
The initiative is going to turn to new forms of disobedience to express its protest.
“Out of our Pocket” initiative demands to remove the red lines and speed cameras or introduce a score mechanism, as well as define benchmarks for suspending the license, etc.
