YEREVAN. - National Security Party Chairman, former presidential adviser Garnik Isagulyan, is bewildered why equality between men and women is stressed five times in the new draft Constitution of Armenia.
Isagulyan stated, at a press conference on Wednesday, that these wordings need to be seriously considered, since it is disturbing.
Chapters 1 through 7 of the new draft Constitution of Armenia were made public on July 15. Accordingly, the country will make a transition from a semi-presidential to a parliamentary system of governance.
