Information on the construction of a Russian military base in Azerbaijan has already been refuted, Armenia’s Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am in the framework of “Baze-2015” Pan-Armenian Youth Gathering held in Armenia's spa town Tsaghkadzor.
“According to the information we possess, there is no such thing,” Ohanyan said.
Earlier, citing “Zvezda” TV channel, Azerbaijani website haqqin.az reported that a Russian military base will be built in Azerbaijan in 2017..
