On August 20, Kyrgyz President Roza Otunbayeva left for Yerevan to participate in an informal summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO – Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan).
Roza Otunbayeva is expected to deliver a speech at the summit and hold a number of meetings with the CSTO leaders, Kyrgyz presidential press service informed NEWS.am. Situation in Kyrgyzstan will be a key topic discussed during the summit.
The Kyrgyz delegation also comprises Culture and Information Minister Sadyk Sher-Niyaz who will be involved in the events aimed at strengthening and expansion of Armenian-Kyrgyz cultural ties and relations in information sphere.
