On August 21, the Armenian firemen are returning from Russia, RA rescue service informed NEWS.am.

They will be met at the Erebuni airport by the delegation of the Emergency Situations Ministry headed by Minister Armen Yertitsyan.

The Armenian firemen were among the first to help Russia with wildfires. Twenty-eight Armenian firemen were fighting wildfires in the Republic of Mordovia.

In the course of his state viist to Armenia, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev expressed his gratitude to the Armenian President and firemen for their help with wildfires.
