YEREVAN. – Total amount of the North-South Road Corridor Investment Plan in Armenia will become clear after completion of the respective planning.

News service of the Ministry of Transport and Communication informed the aforesaid to Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The project aims to link the south of the country with its north by way of the 556km-long Meghri-Yerevan-Bavra motorway.

The respective highway construction is carried out in phases, in accordance with the previously divided tranches. 

As per the ministry, the North-South Road Corridor is slated for completion in 2020.
