The world’s largest aluminum producer, RUSAL, has announced the appointment of Vyacheslav Sinelnikov, the former production director at SAYANAL, as ARMENAL Director General.

Vyacheslav Sinelnikov was born in Tajikistan in 1963. In 1985 he graduated from Tajik State University. In 1993-1998 he worked at SAYANAL. Since 2005 Vyacheslav Sinelnikov has worked as SAYANAL production director.

ARMENAL was founded in Yerevan in May 2000, using the facilities of the Kanaker aluminum plant. It is one of the largest industrial enterprises in Arenia and the only foil producer in the Caucasus and Central Asia. It got integrated into RUSAL in 2000 is a part of the Packaging Division.
