YEREVAN. - Armenian Government Chief of Staff-Minister Davit Harutyunyan isn’t concerned about the formation of the “No” campaign front against the constitutional reforms, Harutyunyan told Armenian News – NEWS.am before the Executive Body session of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA).

“My only concern is that the masses may take to the streets without learning the essence of the issue. This is the biggest concern in all issues, when someone merely comes out for struggle without realizing what they are struggling against,” Harutyunyan said.

Referring to tomorrow’s rally against the electricity price hike, Davit Harutyunyan said he doesn’t think the citizens feel cheated by the Government.
