YEREVAN. – The draft Constitution may undergo changes before putting to a referendum, member of the commission dealing with constitutional reforms Gagik Ghazinyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The debates in the National Assembly and beyond are aimed at improving the draft amendments, he said, adding that all proposals not contradicting the ideology will be discussed,

Venice Commission has issued its second Interim Opinion on the constitutional amendments in Armenia.  

The preliminary opinion of the Venice Commission included 4 main recommendations, which were fully or partly considered by Armenia’s Constitutional Commission.
