YEREVAN. – Armenia's Constitution has never been really working, and it is difficult to point out its strong and weak points, MP from the Armenian National Congress Gagik Jahanigryan said.
Unless the main constitutional principle – people form the power – no longer applies, the rest stop working, too.
“You just have to make sure that the Constitution is working,” he added.
