YEREVAN. – Armenian parliament has to have control over the armed forces, MP from ruling Republican Party of Armenia said during the hearings on Friday.
The parliaments are given control both over the armed forces and special services in foreign countries, Koryun Nahapetyan said.
In addition, representatives of the judiciary should be given an opportunity to submit budget request in case of disagreement with the executive power, he added.
