YEREVAN. - Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan today met with the MPs Tevan Poghosyan and Edmon Marukyan in the framework of consultations with political forces on constitutional amendments, Armenia’s President press-service reports.

Tevan Poghosyan is the secretary of the opposition Heritage faction, which is against the constitutional reforms. Edmon Marukyan is an independent MP at the Armenian Parliament.

Debates on constitutional amendments are currently underway in the Armenian parliament. Referendum on that issue is expected to be held in late November or early December.
