PreferredThe world-famous singer and RA Ambassador to Armenia, Charles Aznavour, is to arrive in Cannes on August 24 to take part in the 13th Festival of Russian Art under the auspices of the Russian President’s wife Svetlana Medvedeva.
Charles Aznavour will be awarded a Badge of Honor for an outstanding contribution to Russian-French cultural relations.
The awarding ceremony will be one of the major events of the Russian Night in Cannes, Vesti.ru reports.
