YEREVAN. – Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan and Iranian Vice President Es'haq Jahangiri participated in an event marking 250th anniversary of the Blue Mosque in Yerevan.
In his speech Mr. Abrahamyan noted that Armenian and Iranian nations are united by centuries long history and deeply rooted close cultural ties.
“Blue Mosque that was built in Yerevan 250 years ago is one of the unique cultural monuments in the region,” PM said.
