Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will arrive on an official visit to Azerbaijan on September 2-3, the Kremlin press service reported.
Talking to Azerbaijani journalists, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov stated that signing of an agreement on state border and treaty on rational use of water resources of Samur river will be on the agenda.
Besides, the sides will discuss issues related to economic cooperation and humanitarian ties.
On August 19-21 Dmitry Medvedev was on a state visit to Armenia.
