YEREVAN. – The mobile phone operators of Armenia can facilitate mutual calculations with their partners in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries. 

The Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication, Artur Arakelyan, stated the aforementioned at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting, as he introduced the respective agreement.

This document will enable to develop agreed approaches in setting and changing the relevant rates as well as in mutual calculations of international roaming calls.

The corresponding draft decision, which the government approved, reads that thereby the disproportion between the rates of the mobile phone operators of various countries will end.
