YEREVAN. – If there is no balance between the three branches of power not a single model will be capable to ensure equality and democracy in Armenia, political analyst Stepan Safaryan said.

As a result of the actions of supporters and opponents of constitutional reforms, there is a situation when a significant part of society is not interested in the changes.

“I am and remain a strong opponent of the incumbent Constitution and supporter of changes. But any changes will have sense and will convincing, if we only do not see changes from one system of government to another, but there is a clear distribution of the branches of power,” Safaryan added.
