The previously-planned march, which should have taken place by the end of today’s referendum along the central streets of the city, didn’t take place because of the rain.
The “No” front has been joined by Armenia’s Heritage, People's Party of Armenia (PPA), Armenian National Congress and the representatives of the opposition group “Founding Parliament.”
The referendum on constitutional changes will take place on December 6. The referendum campaign has kicked off since October 10.
