Russian and Chinese experts are discussing the possibility of creating a global low earth orbit (LEO) satellite system called Star of Happiness.
It is reported that the respective talks between the researchers of the two countries are held within the framework of Dubai Airshow 2015.
If this system is brought to fruition, it will comprise more than 100 satellites, reported Informing.
The objective is to provide Internet access to Russian and Chinese users.
