YEREVAN. – All of Armenia’s interstate and national roads are open for traffic, as of Wednesday at 9:30am, informed the Ministry of Transport and Communication.
But there is black ice on some parts of the Goris-Sisian and Martuni-Vardenis motorways and the Vardenyats (Selim) Pass.
The road crews are scattering salt and sand on the motorways to ensure safe travel.
The ministry advises drivers to use winter tires on their vehicles.
