YEREVAN. - Those who say “No” to the constitutional reforms in Armenia, influence the political stability of the country, Minister-Chief of Armenian Government Staff Davit Harutyunyan said today before the Executive body session of Armenia’s ruling Republican Party of Armenia.

According to him, the countries of the region and the world, whose governance is based on semi-open political system, ended up with colored revolutions or formed authorities which have no other alternative.

“Armenia shoudn’t take that course. The constitutional amendments were initiated for this very purpose,” Harutyunyan said.

Referendum on constitutional amendments will be held in Armenia on December 6. Under the new Constitution, the country will shift to the parliamentary form of governance.
