One of the Armenian passengers injured in the Tula bus crash has been dismissed from Tula Oblast (province) clinical hospital. He is already healthy and will return to Yerevan Friday evening.

Another one is also expected to be dismissed from hospital and return to Yerevan. The issue on transporting an injured Armenian with brain damage to Moscow’s Sklifosofskiy Research Institute of Emergency Medicine via helicopter is being discussed.

As a result of a medical consultation convened by the Russian specialists, it was decided to perform two more operations - requiring high technological interference - on another Armenian patient in the aforementioned Institute, Armenia’s Healthcare Ministry representatives told Armenian News – NEWS.am.

Nine people were killed and over forty others were injured as a ‘Higer’ passenger bus, which was traveling from Moscow to Yerevan, crashed on November 3, in Tula Oblast (province) in Russia.

Russia has opened a criminal case into this bus crash, and on charges of “breaking the road traffic and vehicle operation rules.” A similar case has been filed in Armenia, too.
