The Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) demands a change of power, Armen Rustamyan, an ARF Executive Council member, stated at an ARF-held rally on September 2.

“Armenia has never had authorities whose slogan is ‘Developing so as not to concede’. Had we developed at the right time, the Opposition would not include the forces stating development requires concessions. The ARF must develop the idea of change of power. A force able to put the slogan ‘Developing so as not to concede’ into practice must come to power in Armenia,” Rustamyan said. He concluded his speech with the words: “Union, struggle, victory,” which were greeted with enthusiastic applause.
