“The international recognition of Nagorno-Karabakh will last long,” MP from the Republican parliamentary group (RPA) Hamlet Harutyunyan stated in an interview with the daily. “The initiative should be launched and consistent activities should be conducted at all levels. Meanwhile, we have topical issues to solve. Thousands of Armenians should come to live in Artsakh. I do not want to call it a resettlement. When someone comes to his homeland, it is not a resettlement. During the Karabakh war, thousands of freedom fighters came to Karabakh, liberated the Armenian villages, built houses and planted trees.”
