The head of the Armenian National Congress (ANC), former President Levon Ter-Petrosyan will deliver a speech during the September 17 rally in Yerevan, ANC coordinator Levon Zurabyan told the journalists on Friday.

He also noted that in his speech the ANC leader will touch upon issues related to domestic and foreign problems.

The Yerevan City Hall has not taken into account the claim of the Armenian National Movement (part of ANC) on holding a rally in Liberty Square of Yerevan. Thus, the ANC rally will be held near Matenadaran.
