Armenian women are very beautiful, the famous French actor Gerard Depardieu said, sharing his first impression with journalists in Yerevan.

The renowned actor confessed that he had learnt much about Armenia before his visit. “After arriving in Armenia, I was convinced Armenia is a country with interesting exceptional geography, looking ahead, without forgetting the past,” the actor said.

Gerard Depardieu said he is very happy to participate in the “Karot” International Armenian Festival.

The actor arrived in Yerevan on September 3 to take part in the “Karot” festival.
