YEREVAN. – The total number of eligible voters in the forthcoming constitutional referendum in the Republic of Armenia (RA) is 2,550,323 as of Saturday, December 5.

The Police have issued a respective statement.

Hence, the final number of referendum participants who are on the RA Voters’ Register has been publicized one day before the plebiscite.

The referendum on Armenia’s constitutional amendments will be conducted on Sunday.

Pursuant to the proposed amendments, the country will make a transition from a semi-presidential to a parliamentary system of governance, and conduct completely proportional parliamentary elections.
