YEREVAN. – The Armenian mint and thyme teas are known and loved in Russia.
Founder of the Voske Khmor (Golden Dough) Company, Andranik Tonoyan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
“We export them to Moscow on a regular basis,” Tonoyan said. “We also export purple basil (it is unusual for Europe, where green basil is mostly used); it’s a spice in great demand.”
At present, the company wants to familiarize Russian consumers with Armenia’s grain products: Buckwheat seeds, groats, and bulgur.
