Due to the current economic crisis, Russians are now forced to cut back on vacationing, entertainment, and purchasing large household appliances and clothes. 

About one-third of them has even reduced food expenses.

These data were received as a result of a survey conducted by the Russian National Agency for Financial Studies, according to Gazeta.ru news site of the country.

As per the survey, however, 11 to 12 percent of the Russian residents have made no cutbacks in their expenses during the previous (2009) and the current economic downturns, alike.
