No document exists on the Karabakh issue, other than those sent to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated.

Lavrov noted the aforesaid at a press conference, and in response to a query on the accuracy of the information that a “Lavrov document or proposal” is put on the negotiation table of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

“Lavrov’s or any other person’s document does not exist,” the Russian FM noted. “There are a number of other documents.”

In his words, these are the only papers that can be called documents, and the respective activities are carried out with this principle: Nothing is agreed upon until everything is agreed upon.
