YEREVAN. - Defense Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan today refuted the hearsay on interruptions in the arms delivery process from Russia.

“Military and technical cooperation with partner countries is implemented according to a plan. Especially with Russia,”the Minister stressed.

In his words, all the agreements reached earlier are being implemented. Ohanyan also noted that the agreement signed in 2013 provides for the delivery of long-thrust and precision weapons and equipment. “Everything is carried out according to the plan,” the Minister said.
