YEREVAN. - Varazdat Khachatryan, Armenian soldier wounded as a result of shelling from the Azerbaijani side, continues his treatment in the Central Clinical Military Hospital of the Armenian Defense Ministry.

The father of the soldier, Ishkan Khachtryan, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent.

According to him, mortar shell shrapnel remains in the soldier’s leg, and another operation will most probably be needed.  

Varazdat Khachatryan, 20, was wounded during the mortar shelling from the Azerbaijani side on 5 December 2015.
