STEPANAKERT. - Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan today signed a decree extending term of office of head of the Civil Service board Boris Arushanyan for a 6 year period, Central Information Department of Karabakh President Office reports.

According to another presidential decree, director of Kashatagh region's Berdzor town library, Sona Hoveyan, was awarded with the ''Gratitude'' medal for a long-term fruitful service in the field of library science.
