A former prisoner has set himself on fire in Qusar district of Azerbaijan.
The tragic incident occurred in Ukur village, APA reports. Chingiz Shihbabayev (born in 1967) poured petrol on himself and burnt himself down.
The man had spent 14 years in prison.
Qusar district’s Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into the case.
