Gagik Melikyan, Secretary of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) faction, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am correspondent, commenting on the information that Western donors funded Armenia's acquisition of electronic voting equipment on condition that the servers of the voting computers be kept in the OSCE/ODIHR.

''Any preconditions are unacceptable and not only in this issue. I don't know, I haven't heard such a proposal, but if one is made, preconditions will be unacceptable,'' Melikyan said.

He also noted that RPA supports the idea of e-voting, but the details are still being discussed.
