YEREVAN. - The Panarmenian Bank doesn’t play the needed role of an investment channel from the Diaspora.

Economist Tatul Manaseryan, who is also the Director of “Alernative” Research Center, told the aforementioned to Armenian News – NEWS.am today. 

Nevertheless, according to him, the idea of such a bank is very useful given the presence of the Diaspora all over the world and its willingness to help.   

“This bank actually implements no programs, which are especially necessary now. They could invigorate our economy and generate income for the Diaspora compatriots, as well as ourselves,” Manaseryan said.
