YEREVAN. - Funding of Iran-Armenia high-voltage transmission line has been resumed as a result of the talks and discussions in September 2015,
Armenia’s Energy and Natural Resources Minister Yervand Zakharyan told the aforementioned at a government consultation today.
According to him, it is planned to complete the construction in two years. 178 mln euro will be spent on the first two stages of the construction. EU grant in the amount of 10 mln euro is also planned.
Apart from this, the Minister noted that work on complex check of the Armenian Nuclear Plant has been lunched. The work is planned to be completed in September next year.
The PM positively assessed the Ministry’s work, noting the importance of the effective implementation of programs.
