YEREVAN. – Vice-chairman of the board of Armenia’s parliamentary opposition Heritage Party, Armen Martirosyan, on Thursday met with Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) Senior Election Adviser Richard Lappin, and OSCE/ODIHR Election Adviser Alexey Gromov.
Heritage’s press service informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the interlocutors discussed Armenia’s new Electoral Code, which is being developed.
In addition, they reflected on the recent referendum on constitutional amendments, and the elections in the country.
