YEREVAN. – In a foreseeable future, we will witness the further development of Armenia-Iran relations. 

Iranian Ambassador Seyed Kazzem Sajjadi told the aforesaid to reporters, and during Thursday’s event devoted to the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. 

“We consider Iran and Armenia neighboring countries, and we have no restrictions in terms of the development of economic relations with each another,” he noted. “I believe that both countries will make use of the capacities of each other.” 

As per the Iranian ambassador, once the sanctions on his country are lifted, the Armenia-Iran relations will develop further.

“Iran and Armenia have always helped each other in the most severe conditions and difficult situations,” Sajjadi added. “And this cooperation, this conduct will continue.”
