YEREVAN. – The Armenian National Assembly (NA) special session on Friday, and whose agenda includes the separation—yet again—of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations, kicked off with a boycott (PHOTOS).

The Armenian News-NEWS.am reporter informed from the parliament that, at the beginning of the session, secretary of the opposition Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law) Party (RLP) NA Faction, Mher Shahgeldyan, announced that their faction will boycott this session, since they find it illogical to once again separate the domains of territorial administration and emergency situations, which had been joined one year ago.

After Shahgeldyan’s announcement, the RLP NA Faction members left the NA Sessions’ Hall.
