YEREVAN. – The Prime Minister of Armenia, Hovik Abrahamyan, on Friday chaired a consultation regarding the draft Tax Code.

Press Office of the Government informed Armenian News-NEWS.am that the discussants conferred on the recommendations concerning specific taxes, and the participating representatives of several ministries presented their views in this regard.

Abrahamyan, for his part, underscored the holding of intensive discussions on the draft Tax Code, the implementation of relevant reforms, and the ensuring of a transparent and competitive environment for businesses in Armenia.

Also, the PM instructed the relevant persons in charge to continue the respective detailed deliberations.
