YEREVAN. - Armenian FM Edward Nalbandian reported on the agency’s activity in 2015 at a governmental consultation today.  The session was chaired by Armenian PM Hovik Abrahamayan.

Nalbandian presented the work carried out in the direction of enhancing security and cooperation with international organizations, as well as development of bilateral relations.

The Minister elaborated on the events commemorating the Armenian Genocide Centennial. Nalbandian stressed the continuous efforts of Armenia and OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs towards the exclusively peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

According to the Minister, the integration processes continued during the year, and in January 2015 Armenia joined the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).

In December, talks over developing a new legal framework of Armenia-EU bilateral relations kicked off in Brussels. In September, Armenia assumed CSTO chairmanship. The relations with different countries keep developing, the FM noted.
